The Project Coordinator Intern will provide support to Principal Consultants in the delivery of sales transformation engagements focusing on customer messaging, sales process, sales planning, and talent management.

This position will be accountable for managing all event and travel logistics associated with kickoff meetings, workshops and training events. This position will also be responsible for the production and shipment of training materials.

As a Project Coordinator Intern, the candidate must be able to

  • Create & follow structured work plans
  • Manage the production and distribution of all consulting & training materials
  • Proofread client-facing deliverables
  • Manage logistics associated with all client events
  • Arrange travel and process expenses for Principal Consultants

The ideal Project Coordinator Intern candidate will be:

  • Proficient at a mastery level in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
  • A quick learner with the ability to handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Process-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • 1+ years of relevant working experience
  • A high level of personal integrity
  • Extremely strong written & oral communication skills
