GrowthPlay is looking for a driven, hands-on, business-minded individual with a strong technical background in the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce.com. The Salesforce Admin & Sales Operations Analyst is a member of GrowthPlay's Sales Operations team, and will be an integral part of the support structure for our growing field sales team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to ensure an amazing client experience to the end users of Salesforce.com and support the effectiveness of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce.com Administration
    • Handle system configuration to ensure that SFDC is continuously adapting to the sales environment
    • Work with Sales Management to design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales and business metrics
    • End-to-end project management of Salesforce.com projects, such as technology integrations, new software releases or process changes and manage required testing and validation of system enhancements and fixes
    • Drive data management processes and strategies
    • Partner with marketing team to maintain alignment of lead management strategies, process and metrics
    • Support and administer additional technologies such as Showpad, MapAnything, Salesforce CPQ and Avention
    • Manage user roles, profiles, security, workflows, processes, interfaces and process flows
    • Train new hires on GrowthPlay's instance and workflows, and manage all support requests and administrative needs of our users
    • Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures and ensure effective implementation and use
  • Sales Operations Analyst
    • Assist sales management on special projects (i.e. Territory Planning, Forecast & Revenue Projections, Productivity Analysis)
    • Surface and understand business needs across GrowthPlay and translate them into process or system enhancements
    • Participate in complex sales opportunities to assist sales team with material development, solution architecture and delivery alignment
    • Serve as a Salesforce.com SME and assist delivery team on specific client engagements

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years functioning as a SFDC administrator in the Sales Operations capacity
  • com Administrator Certification is preferred
  • Experience with lead management processes, tools and functionality
  • Strong process and reporting orientation with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience in sales processes, planning, communications and sales
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Solid interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Mastery level in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Work, Excel, Outlook
  • A high level of personal integrity
  • Extremely strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also driven by team work
  • Four year BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
